*The Palace is equipped with handicapped restrooms on the
Orchestra level. *Theatre representatives are available to meet physically challenged
theatergoers in the lobby of the building to escort them to designated handicapped
areas. *Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made
for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative
if any accommodations are required. *Headsets for sound augmentation are available
at the theatre, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.
Seat Accessibility: There are designated wheelchair spaces in the rear of the
Orchestra section. This theatre is quipped with an elevator that goes to the rear
mezzanine and balcony.

Richard Rodgers Theatre

The entrance to the second level at row AA is up 2 flights of stairs (19 steps). The rear entrance to the second level seating is considered the third level. It is up 4 flights of stairs (35 steps) from street level.

Restrooms:
Wheelchair accessible restrooms available on lower level and mezzanine level.

Women's restroom (non-accessible) located in the lower lounge and upstairs in the Mezzanine.

Men's restroom (non-accessible) located in the lower lounge.

There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating location on the Orchestra Level.

Mezzanine Location:
Located on the 2nd level: up 29 steps. There is an additional 49 steps up to the remainder of the Mezzanine. Entrance to Mezzanine is behind row E.

Balcony Location:
Located on the 3rd level: up 77 steps from the Orchestra. Please Note: On the Mezzanine or Balcony level, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row.

Restrooms:
Wheelchair accessible restroom (unisex) located on the main level. Ladies' restroom located on the Lower Level, Mezzanine and Balcony levels. Men's restroom located on the Lower Level and Balcony.

Wheelchair spaces are available.

Once you arrive on the site of the show, ushers will guide you towards the appropriate
door or section.

Cirque du Soleil does not provide wheelchairs to its patrons.

Handicapped parking spaces are always located as close as possible to the main
entrance. If necessary, patrons with reduced mobility may be dropped off at the
entrance before parking. The cost of parking will depend on the type of vehicle.

Vivian Beaumont

* Theatre is completely wheelchair accessible to the Orchestra level, if you use the entrance at the street level- not the plaza level.
* Elevators/Escalator available from West 65th street garage. Enter through the glass doors. Please ring bell at elevator identified with the wheelchair symbol. Elevator will leave patron off at rear of orchestra/lobby. Elevator does NOT go to Loge. There is also a wheelchair lift to the box office (up 1 flight of steps)

Orchestra Location:
There are approximately 1 to 2 steps down per row to access all Orchestra seats. Entrance is behind row P. Wheelchair accessible seating is located in the Orchestra only.

Mezzanine Location:
Called Loge at this theater. Located on the Second Level, up 2 flight of stairs, 30 steps. Please Note: On the Loge Level, there are approximately 2 steps down per row. Entrance to the Loge is behind row E.

Restrooms: Wheelchair accessible. Located on Lobby Level.

There is a wheelchair accessible restroom located on the orchestra level. Men's restroom is located 18 steps from Orchestra. Ladies' restroom is located 19 steps from Orchestra.

Westside Theatre

Access Information

General Access to Theatre:

The lobby and Box Office are accessible from the street via a ramp and automated
door into the building. There are five steps up to access the Theatre. Please
be advised that where there are stairs within the building, we are unable to provide
assistance. .



Wheelchair Lift:

Only the right rear section of the Downstairs Theatre is accessible via a wheelchair
lift from the lobby level. The dimensions of the lift are 36" wide x 48" long.
Entrance to the lift from the lobby level is through a 32" wide opening on the
48" side of the lift. The entrance to the lift from the Theatre level is through
a 32" wide opening on the 36” wide side of the lift. The lift is designated by
the New York City Department of Buildings for use by wheelchair users only. No
ambulatory passengers are permitted on the lift. The maximum length for scooters
and wheelchairs able to maneuver onto the lift is approximately 44".



Because the lift is within the theatre seating area, its operation is disruptive
to any performance in progress. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of
the management.

Winter Garden Theatre
